Natalie Gibbs Photography – Christiansburg, Virginia

Apr10

Wedding season is here again and engagement portraits are in full swing!  My first couple this year is Kristin and Teddy.  Their session at Heritage Park in Blacksburg, Virginia was a blast – click below to see and read more!

Top 5 reasons to love Kristin and Teddy:

1.  We had their wedding consultation at Hardee’s.  I know, I know… not exactly high class.  But it was sooo delicious!

2.  He’s a doctor (in med school at VCU), and she’s a nurse.  It’s like a TV show.

3.  They never stop laughing!  For a photographer, this is like a dream come true.  Every laugh and every smile you see below is the real deal.  Kristin is so bubbly and fun, you can’t help but smile too when you’re around her.

4.  She has curly hair!!!

5.  They are up for anything and so completely in love.  Being around them is a treat.  I love these engagement portraits, and I can’t wait until their wedding in June!

These photos were *mostly* shot with the very magical 85/1.2L lens from Canon (although mostly NOT at f1.2).  I’m crazy about this lens!
