Mallory and Joe | A Blue Ridge Mountain Wedding

Sometimes I get home from shoots and collapse on the couch, exhausted. Wedding photography is hard work.

Except when it’s easy.

Sometimes, I get lucky. Sometimes, I get to shoot a simple ceremony on top of a mountain and a slew of portraits with farm animals, and then come back the next day for an afternoon of BBQ and swimming in the backyard. Such was the case with Mallory and Joe.

Enjoy these photos from their roadside Blue Ridge Mountain wedding ceremony, down home reception, and of course their portraits with the chickens, dogs, and goats.
