October is about halfway through, and fall foliage here in the New River Valley area is peaking. For photographers, that means portrait season is also at its peak. In the past few weeks I’ve done another round of mini sessions with portraits for nine different families, two weddings, and I have five sessions scheduled for this weekend alone. I have a music conference before Halloween, and then I’m returning to still more portrait sessions and one last wedding for the year. That’s a lot of work for me, and my family and I are very appreciative of the business. The downside: I have SO MANY PHOTOS I want to blog, and so little time to sit down and do it. But I’m working on it.
For now, here’s a teaser shot of the beautiful Kara with a handful of leaves… and then beautiful Kara without them.
