Kara and Joe’s Hahn Horticulture Garden Wedding

Kara and Joe have been making a lot of appearances on this blog, for two people who haven’t yet officially appeared on it yet. Today, I’m ready to change that and show you the full post of photos from their Hahn Horticulture Garden wedding.

Kara and Joe kept their wedding simple and seasonal, with tiny pumpkins holding the place cards, apple butter for guests, fall-colored M&Ms, and of course vibrant florals from the folks at Stonecrop Farms. Most of the photos you see below are from their wedding day, but a few of the portraits actually come from Kara’s bridal session, which we did in the same location. I loved Kara’s long veil edged with lace and her minimal jewelry with that gorgeous dress.

I believe this makes the third or fourth Hahn garden wedding I’ve shot at Virginia Tech, and every one of them has been beautiful. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the Blacksburg area, be sure you consider it. It’s truly one of the hidden gems of the Virginia Tech campus.
