For a long time now I’ve said no to children’s photography.  No to newborns, no to infants, and no to families.  But after doing a few sessions for friends and spending a lot of time photographing my own little one, I’m starting to get excited about kids’ photography again.  It’s TOUGH to get that one perfect shot of someone under the age of 10.  But when you get it, you’ve really got something, and that’s a feeling I love.  So, beginning in January 2012, I will be available for baby photos and children’s portraits as well as family day-in-the-life sessions.  Please email (ngibbsphotography @ gmail . com) for pricing and information.

I haven’t updated for a while, and I feel bad.

I can’t wait to show off the last of my 2011 seniors and engagements and all the beautiful September and October weddings I’ve been working on.

The bad news is that it’s probably going to be a while… my priority right now is to get all current clients’ galleries finished before I go to California next month. The blog is on hold until that work is done, or until I get a snow day or a “smart spell.”

The good news is that I’ll have PLENTY of blog posts ready to publish this winter, which is typically a slow time for photography anyway.
