I am slowly (ever so slowly) preparing to gather images for a series of “Best of” posts for 2015. But the truth is that while I love my wedding and family clients, what I really love looking through at the end of each year are the photos of my own kids. I can’t help it. My sister calls it the Mommy goggles.
We had a year full of costumes, temper tantrums, and the beginnings of a really beautiful sibling relationship. Caroline learned to climb the monkey bars and had her first ballet and piano recitals. James learned to talk and became obsessed with trains and vehicles. Hannah, the dog… well, there are no photos of Hannah this time. It may seem sad, but from the corner of the couch where she’s currently dozing on a blanket, she says it’s fine. She’s living the good life.
You can see my 2014 post here, and the 2013 one here. It’s amazing how fast things change.
Happy new year, everyone. May your days be merry and bright, in all seasons.
And to see more of these two throughout the year, be sure to follow #carolinekateandjames on Instagram.
