The Wilsie family and the Gibbs family have a lot in common.

We’ve both got two kids, at about the same ages.

We’re both photographer families.  Jenn and Ross do beautiful family and wedding work in the NRV.

And you know what else?  We both used to live ON THE SAME STREET.  They even came over for corn on the cob once.

We were sad to see they were moving a while back, so I was super excited when Jennifer wrote to me about taking some updated family portraits of them.  We took these along the trails on the backside of Heritage Park, which is now basically their backyard.  Yep… all that sunlight and glorious yellow goldenrod, just steps away?  I’m maybe a little envious.

My spring calendar is filling up, between mini sessions (April 23) and weddings, but my summer and fall are still wide open.  If you like these photos and are daydreaming about seeing your family in some like them, let’s get you scheduled!
