April and Clay brought their two little ones all the way from Alaska to visit family in Blacksburg, and we carved out time for a little mini session during their stay.  If you’ve been a long-time reader, you might recognize April and Clay from their epic wedding.  I’m not exaggerating when I say “epic”… they cut the cake with an AXE. There was no axe at this session, but we were treated to a beautiful grove of rhododendrons in full bloom.  When the sunlight hit them, it was just enchanting.  Quite a contrast to snow and wild moose!
